used clothing refurbishers The renewal Workshop have joined forces with new balance for the forward-thinking “New balance Renewed” campaign. This newest workshop aims to taken worn and returned new balance items to give them a new lease of life

The renewal Workshop uses a 6 step process to guarantee zero waste and maximum reusability. Each individual garment is sorted, graded, cleaned, repaired, inspected and verified to guarantee both parties are pleased with the final product. once the 6 step process has been completed the item is then noted online on TRW’s site for sale, creating a circular service that is both environmentally friendly and sustainable.

When speaking on the project, Nicole Bassett, The renewal Workshop’s founder said “We look forward to seeing new balance Renewed become a chauffeur of renewing products and to helping new balance launch re-commerce in the athleticwear sector.” John Stokes, the director of global sustainability at new balance agreed saying “Together with The renewal Workshop, we’re keeping apparel in use for longer and learning how to design for repairability.”
